PK Property Media is an independent property services business based in Liverpool, providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and professional floor plans. For EPC assessments, relevant information may be shared with my accreditation scheme, ECMK, and with the systems and organisations necessary to lodge an EPC on the official Energy Performance of Buildings Register. Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate the business, such as website, email, payment, accounting or IT service providers. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

 

How long I keep your information

 

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, tax, accreditation and business record-keeping requirements. Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or disposed of.
